CONCERNED YOUR HOME OR BUILDING IS
MAKING YOU SICK?
Indoor air quality (IAQ) can be a concern in any home or building. Toxic air can result from off-gassing VOCs from building materials, consumer goods, and cleaning products. Our commercial and residential indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment will identify any possible contaminants that could be making you sick. Through our proprietary software and fast, effective, and accurate sampling techniques, we will identify any areas of concern and provide corrective measures and preventative techniques to keep your family safe and healthy.
Indoor air quality contaminants sources can originate indoors or migrate into your property via infiltration of outdoor air. When harmful gases and particles enter your home or property, they accumulate and can cause adverse health effects if the space is not properly ventilated.
An IAQ inspection will help identify toxic pollutants and particles in your home or property that could be making you and your family sick. IAQ inspection costs can vary based on the types of pollutants measured and the size of your property. If you have unidentified illness or symptoms, an IAQ inspection may be a good investment. To avoid unscrupulous inspectors, it is recommended to hire well-trained indoor air quality experts that follow analytical and best practice methods.

We inhale 20,000 times per day on average. Millions of particles enter our bodies daily. The more polluted your air is, the greater your chances for sickness and disease. The effects can be immediate, or they can appear years after exposure. Your age, pre-existing conditions, your immune system, and exposure levels are all factors in your body’s response.
Poor air quality can cause asthma, allergies, headaches, sinus congestion, heart attacks, and recent studies linked air quality to dementia. It’s essential to educate yourself and understand that you, your family, co-workers, and employees could be in serious health danger when your home or office is sick.

Indoor air can be 100 times more polluted than outdoor. The air you breathe is crucial to your well-being. Data shows air quality plays a significant role in sleep and sleep quality, and quality sleep cuts the time it takes to heal your body.
Our client survey is an important assessment to the Indoor Air Quality process. The survey must be completed before we are able to come on-site for testing. This allows us to diagnosis your air quality concerns.

Harmful air pollutants can come from both outdoor and indoor sources. Common hazards include toxic dust from construction and vehicle emissions, pollen, flooring, furniture, gases, and chemicals that can cause health issues and other discomforts. While mostly invisible to the human eye, these air pollutants can be identified and measured with AirCheck One’s state-of-the-art testing equipment and sampling methods.
Our proprietary software analyzes the data after comparing rooms to pinpoint where the issue is originating. We can customize testing for existing health issues or symptoms based on the pre-test survey. Scheduling an appointment is quick and we provide you with an easy-to-read report within three business days.

A customized, detailed report will outline all areas of concern and will provide corrective actions and preventative measures to keep you and your family safe and healthy.
