GreenWorks was founded in 2009 in Dallas, Texas and is a woman-owned small business specializing in peace of mind around real estate due diligence.

 

GreenWorks provides Inspections, Structural Engineering and Environmental Testing Services for residential and commercial properties. Those services are geared around identifying deficiencies and potential future issues and our Home Solutions division offers a full process in prioritizing with our clients solutions to repair, renovate and increase performance to their most valuable asset. We are our client’s eyes to the unknown for their properties. We proudly serve Amarillo, Austin, Beaumont, College Station, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Houston, Lubbock, Midland, San Antonio, Waco and all surrounding areas.

Our Founder & CEO, Harmony Brown, was the 2019 Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award recipient and has been on a quest to improve the way people view the service industry. Backed by a passion for real estate, she vowed that GreenWorks would be the answer to a long-needed change. After years of training, licensing, and going with her gut, she has proven that her success is in place by her servant style leadership, growth mindset, and uncanny ability to continuously create opportunity for her team. All of which has brought GreenWorks to where it is today, with a plan to keep growing and improving into the future. In August 2020, GreenWorks was awarded the rank of #1200 on the 2020 Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies following up their 2019 Inc. 5000 ranking of #1595.
